Cardiovascular fitness regulates if your heart and lungs are working in co-ordination. The ability of your body to deliver oxygen to all the cells and flushing the toxins out. Being able to work out without feeling tired soon will determine your cardiovascular strength.

One can measure your cardiovascular strength by running straight for 12 minutes, walk a mile or run on a treadmill or riding a bicycle.

Including cardio in your workout schedule. Start walking on a treadmill and slowly increase the pace of your walk and the distance. Now, slowly move on jogging and running. Start playing a sports which includes body part movements.
